88% of our employees would recommend AIDA

A year after we launched the first eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) metric, one of the key tools we use to measure employee satisfaction, we are excited to present the new results.

This year, we have seen a significant improvement in our eNPS, increasing by 3 points since 2023. Now, 88% of our employees would recommend AIDA Canarias as a great place to work. This result is a reflection of the effort and dedication of each person who is part of the company. Without them, we wouldn’t be what we are!

We know that to maintain and improve our employees’ well-being, we need to listen and continuously adapt. This year, we have focused on improving key aspects such as team balance, as well as direct communication with each of them and personalized follow-up. These initiatives have allowed us not only to strengthen our culture but also to improve team cohesion and satisfaction.

We have seen how these actions reinforce our philosophy of putting people first, creating a positive and motivating work environment. Thanks to this, we have been able to attract not only good talent but also retain the talent we already have, which is the essence of AIDA Canarias.

We are very proud of these comments, but the constructive feedback for improvement that we receive is also very important to us, as they have been and are fundamental for our continuous growth and improvement as a company.
