Last Thursday, January 19, the Society for Economic Promotion of Gran Canaria (SPEGC) organized the sixth edition of the event Conecta TIC 23, an event focused on bringing together companies and higher school students in the world of ICT.
The event was attended by 25 leading companies in the technology sector both nationally and internationally. This fact highlights the growth that is taking place in our sector in the Canary Islands, thus demonstrating the possibility of professional development that we offer from this region of the country.
Personally, we had the opportunity to meet students from more than 20 centers of the island; students of programs such as “Networked Computer Systems Administration”, “Cybersecurity”, “Multiplatform Applications Development”, etc.
For us it was an opportunity to bring AIDA closer to the new generations, always trying to guide and help them in their professional careers, giving them a clear vision of the knowledge and skills they will need to introduce them to the working world.
In AIDA we are committed to this type of event with the aim of contributing to do our bit to the ICT community and the new generations. We hope that our participation has helped in the professional path of these students.
