Talks about mental health at work

Hello everyone!

This year at AIDA, we have taken a significant step to care for the well-being of our team by implementing a series of mental health talks led by psychologist Anabel Valencoso. With over 100 people in our company, we firmly believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced work environment. We have already held two of these talks, and the results have been very positive.

Our first talk focused on self-demand and self-esteem. Anabel Valencoso helped us explore how self-demand can affect our mental health and how we can develop healthier self-esteem. The practical exercises and guided reflections allowed attendees to realize how they treat themselves and how they could improve in this regard.

The second talk focused on assertiveness, social skills, and teamwork. During this session, we learned to communicate more effectively and work better with our team. Anabel provided us with valuable tools to improve our work and personal relationships.

The upcoming talks we have scheduled are: 

  • Time management, stress, and anxiety: A session where she will teach us to better manage our time and reduce stress and anxiety levels. 
  • Mindfulness and relaxation: A program designed to teach us mindfulness and relaxation techniques that we can apply in our daily lives.

The feedback received so far has been super positive and has provided us with valuable ideas for future sessions. The team particularly valued the practical tools and deep reflections addressed during the talks.

At AIDA, we believe that taking care of our team’s mental health is essential for their well-being and productivity. The mental health talks are just one part of our ongoing efforts to create a positive and healthy work environment.
